Every pull request at Renshok goes through mandatory peer code review before merge. We enforce structured review checklists covering correctness, performance, security, and documentation. No code reaches production without approval from a senior or lead engineer.
Engineers at Renshok are assigned ownership over entire system components, which drives deep technical learning. We conduct regular architecture discussions, internal knowledge-sharing sessions, and provide access to learning resources. Growth is tied directly to measurable engineering contributions.
We expect engineers to take full ownership of their delivery scope — including design, implementation, testing, and documentation. Performance is evaluated on architectural quality, on-time delivery, and code reliability — not just feature volume.
